Chance The Rapper, Quavo, Common, Jidenna & More To Play In 2020 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game

Chicago, IL – This Valentine’s Day, several Hip Hop acts will participate in the 2020 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game at the Wintrust Arena, powered by Ruffles.

Chi-Town natives Chance The Rapper and Common will serve as Team Captains while popular ESPN commentators Stephen A. Smith and Michael Wilbon will coach. Actor and activist Jesse Williams will serve as Wilbon’s assistant coach, whereas globally recognized chef and Drake punchline Guy Fieri will be Stephen A.’s backup.

Joining Common’s “home” team will be Bad Bunny, Jidenna, Hannibal Burress, reigning MVP Famous Los and Knuckleheads co-host Quentin Richardson while Chance will be flanked by Quavo, his brother Taylor Bennett, 2K Sports Marketing Director Ronnie 2K and Knuckleheads co-host Darius Miles among others.

WNBA stars Chelsea Gray (Los Angeles Sparks) and A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas Aces) will also compete, alongside a host of other athletes, musicians and influencers.

Broadcaster Mark Jones is slated to returns as the play-by-play announcer with and WNBA superstar Chiney Ogwumike and Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg (who played last year) adding color commentary, and Cassidy Hubbarth reporting courtside.

The 2020 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game will kick off a weekend full of festivities, which include the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, the Mountain Dew 3-Point Contest and AT&T Slam Dunk Contest. During the 2020 NBA All-Star Game on February 16, Chance will perform at the halftime show.
