10Percent and Lil Poppa Keep It Real on New Single “Sidewalk”

Memphis native and CMG signee 10Percent returns with a powerful new single, “Sidewalk,” featuring Jacksonville’s Lil Poppa. Released today via CMG Records, the track delivers raw honesty and real-life perspective.

On “Sidewalk,” 10Percent strips away glamorized street narratives with lines like, “I don’t sugarcoat, I’ma tell you how it really go” and “Everybody tryna portray a street n*gga, ain’t nun wrong with the sidewalk.” Lil Poppa echoes that sentiment, urging, “Youngin’ if it ain’t too late stay on the porch, better stick to playing sports.”

The single follows 10Percent’s recent release, “Can’t Lose It,” and his breakout mixtape Broke Before You Heard This. He first turned heads in 2022 with a standout verse on Yo Gotti’s CM10: Free Game and hasn’t looked back since.
