24-Year-Old CEO, Jocelyn A Rivera, Launches An Integrative Membership To Demystify the Music Industry

Introducing you to Jocelyn A Rivera, the 24-year-old founder of The PressPlay Agency. Jocelyn is a creative marketing strategist, artist manager, event curator, and all-around respected operator in the New York City entertainment scene – from coffee shops showcases to full-fledged marketing campaigns and brand activations.

She leverages her deep-rooted network and diverse experience in music and media to elevate PressPlay’s artist and brand partners with powerful messaging, visuals, and events. In line with the company’s mission of bridging the gap between independent and industry, her latest initiative is an integrative monthly membership for up-and-coming artists and managers to get exposure to the music business, network with industry executives, and learn new skills like business management and digital marketing.  (to be followed by an accompanying smartphone app) designed to unlock the doors to the music industry.

Jocelyn manages popular Highbridge artist, Don Q, and helped to launch the careers of Brooklyn drill phenoms, Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow. She has created partnerships and deals with an impressive list of brands and labels including DefJam, Empire, Live Nation, Sony, Atlantic, SiriusXM, RocNation, Hot97, Power 105, and more. She was also featured in the Nike Women’s Campaign, The Hype Magazine, and was the subject of a REVOLT for Brands: Hip Hop Influencer Profile. You can read more about PressPlay’s past clients and events, current projects, and new offerings on the newly revamped website

Currently, Jocelyn has her eyes set on growing the list of PressPlay offerings. In addition to a new selection of branding products. As well as adding music industry professionals to her weekly Instagram live segment called Split Sessions.
