According to a report from TMZ, controversial NFL QB Colin Kaepernick’s TV production Colin in Black and White has allegedly been threatened by anti-BLM group and Trump supporters known as The Proud Boys.
The Ava DuVernay-directed, six-part production stars actor Jaden Michael as Kaepernick. The production staff r3ceived a memo last week that “anti-BLM sentiments may protest against the production.”
Executives producing the film have since sent out an email to the staff to outline protective measures that the crew will take to keep everyone on staff safe. A protest on the set was planned for Friday, but it did not occur.
