Joyner Lucas Releases ‘Revenge,’ Readies ‘ADHD’ Album & Two More Projects for March

Joyner Lucas is taking responsibility for his lack of activity in recent months. With the much-delayed ADHD finally set to drop in March, Lucas returned with another cut from the project in the speedy "Revenge," which debuted on Beats 1 Monday (Feb. 3) as Zane Lowe's World Record.

"I was in a bad mood when I did that song. It's always fun, man," he told Lowe. "This music stuff to me is always fun. It's not a job to me. It's my life, it's like a hobby." With Lucas out of his Atlantic Records deal and back as an independent artist, it's all systems go for ADHD in March and the Worcester, Mass., native has a couple more surprises up his sleeve to make it up to his fans.

"After I release ADHD, from that point on I plan on releasing another two projects in March," the Grammy-nominated rapper explained. "What I decided in 2020, I was gonna be one of the most consistent artists. I’m not really a huge fan of going on tour because it takes away from my focus of making music and I’m spending a lot of time away from my son. I decided not to go tour and I decided just to focus on music."
