Little Big Town Give a Sweet Treat With ‘Sugar Coat’ Performance on ‘Tonight Show’: Watch

Little Big Town dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night (Jan. 15) to share something sweet: a performance of “Sugar Coat.” 

A heartbreaker of a song — or heart-mender, depending how you connect with it — “Sugar Coat” is lifted from the country foursome’s ninth and latest studio album, Nightfall, due out this Friday. 

The group will support their new LP with a headlining tour starting Thursday (Jan. 16) at the Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

"The record feels kind of cinematic to me, but there's also a lot of beautiful intimate moments," singer Karen Fairchild tells the Associated Press. "In a theater, this record is really going to shine."
