MOLIY Teams Up with Major Lazer for Explosive “Shake It To The Max (FLY)” Remix

Ghanaian-American rising star MOLIY has unleashed a high-energy remix of her viral hit “Shake It To The Max (FLY),” this time joining forces with global EDM giants Major Lazer, along with producers Silent Addy and Disco Neil. The remix, which also features dancehall powerhouses Shenseea and Skillibeng, is already making waves as a contender for this summer’s ultimate anthem.

MOLIY’s unmistakable vocals, layered over Major Lazer’s electrifying beats, deliver a fresh, uptempo spin on the original track. The remix has already eclipsed 100 million combined streams on YouTube and Spotify, dethroned Tyla’s 75-week reign atop the UK Afrobeats Chart, and dominated the top spot for seven consecutive weeks.

Currently sitting at #10 on the TikTok Viral 50, the song has inspired nearly 3 million user-generated videos and is the most Shazamed song globally. It also holds the No. 1 position on Apple Music in the Caribbean, signaling its far-reaching influence.

MOLIY, known for her breakout hit “SAD GIRLZ LUV MONEY” with Amaarae and Kali Uchis, continues her ascent with this genre-blending collaboration. As global artists from Jamaica to Japan recreate the song’s viral dance, MOLIY’s footprint in the international music scene only deepens.

Next, the Afro-fusion sensation will hit the road on a major international tour, launching May 23 in Paris and concluding July 19 at Blast Fest 2025 in Seattle. She’ll share stages with icons like Sean Paul, Uncle Waffles, and Vybz Kartel, marking another major leap in her fast-rising career.
