Nike has always been experimenting with new technology. One their latest creations is FlyEase which allows for shoes to be much easier to get into. FlyEase models are made with accessibility in mind and are typically made as a way for people with disabilities to get into sneakers. 2020 marks the 30th anniversary the Nike Air Max 90 which makes it the perfect candidate for a FlyEase makeover.
Recently, Nike dropped some ficial images their Nike Air Max 90 FlyEase model which will boast a similar aesthetic to the original. The big difference here is that the back heel features a huge tab at the back which flattens when you step into the shoe. Essentially, you won’t need to use your hands to get into these. The FlyEase tech allows you to slip these on with ease. “It’s not ten you get a second shot at taking another swing at trying to do something even better,” Tinker Hatfield said according to Sole Collector. “We wanted to respect both sides this equation, which is to do something fresh and new and important with retro design — an older design — and not change it too much.”
This model is slated to drop on March 9th 2020. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
