PartyNextDoor & Drake Save Toronto From Mass Destruction in Claymation ‘Loyal’ Watch
PartyNextDoor was laying low on the music front for over two years, coming out of hiding with a pair of singles back in November. PND returned on Tuesday (Jan. 21) to unleash the claymation visual to "Loyal" featuring an assist from Drake.
The William Child-directed film tells the story through clay figures of gigantic women, who invaded Toronto and took over the 6. Party makes a last-ditch effort to save his city from mass destruction, as he confronts the angry group by bumping "Loyal" on the radio, which causes them to become entranced by the soothing vibes. PND and the giantesses end up peacefully coexisting over a few drinks and some weed, before calling it a night and a mission accomplished.
Sadly, the clay version of Drake doesn't make an appearance in the video. Hopefully, PND keeps the new music coming in 2020, as we already know his OVO Sound counterpart, Drizzy, is planning on releasing a new album later this year.
