Selena took to Instagram to share her latest addition, a neck tattoo the word, “Rare,” written in cursive. She included a photo  her freshly inked neck and a vintage-filtered video her first reactions’ to the artwork, and revealed in the caption that she “did it again.” Selena visited Bang Bang Tattoo Parlour in New York City to get this work done. Bang Bang shared a photo the ink on their Instagram account as well with the simple caption, ““Rare” @selenagomez.”
