SOURCE SPORTS: NBA Creating Anonymous Hotline to Report on Players Violating Protocol During Orlando Bubble

The NBA is taking extreme measures to make sure everyone stays Rona free while down in the Orlando bubble next month.

The NBA wants to make sure everyone herds to the rules while in Orlando, they even have an anonymous hotline for people to report violators of the protocol rules according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

“A player leaving the NBA Campus will have to undergo deep nasal testing, a 10-14 day self-quarantine period, and a reduction in compensation for any game in which he is unable to play as a result of his absence from campus,” The Athletic reports.

The last thing the league wants is someone to get infected with COVID-19 and come back to the bubble and spread the virus among all those within the closed confines. That’s why they aren’t playing around.

The NBA wants to resume the season by any means. While all these measures are harsh, they’re for good reason. Nobody wants to see the Los Angeles Lakers play without LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

The NBA will definitely be on some if you see something, say something tip starting in late July.
