Paul George remembers all of the Pandemic P and Playoff P jokes and wants fans to know that his focus has not stopped since he was named an All-Star. Geroge was named an All-Star reserve on Tuesday and while he is proud of the achievement, he wants to continue to push.
“[All-Star] is a good milestone, the start of how my season is going. But definitely [not] where I want it to end. So I got a lot more work to do,” George said to ESPN.
For George to remove the jokes he would have to make it to The Finals and in hopes, win it.
“With all the noise, everything going on, you find motivation through it,” George said. “You dig deep, and you’d be amazed what comes out of it. It was honestly just using everything as motivation, fueling all of that toward this year.”
