Stephen Curry will eventually go down as the greatest three-point shooter in NBA history.
On Saturday night, Curry passed Reggie Miller for second on the NBA’s career three-pointers list.
Curry had 24 points with seven rebounds and seven assists, though his Golden State Warriors lost 127-108 to the Utah Jazz. Curry was 5/10 on threes, giving him 2,562 threes in his career.

Miller took to social media to post a moving video tribute paying homage to Curry’s game, accomplishments, and most importantly his sweet shot.
Miller jumped on after the game to personally salute Curry for passing him on the three pointer list.
Next in line for Curry is the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-point shots, Ray Allen. In his Hall of Fame career, Allen made 2,973 3-pointers, putting him more than 400 3’s ahead of Curry. At Curry’s career pace of about 4 made 3’s per game, Curry should expect to pass him at some point next season.
