Trinidad James Believes Gunna Saved Male Hip-Hop This Summer

While the Hip-Hop world continues to wait on Drake’s new album, Gunna’s “Fukumean” remains one of the country’s hottest songs, sitting at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. Was Hip-Hop in a slump this summer? Trinidad James thinks Gunna saved it.

Hitting Instagram, Trinidad posted Gunna’s album cover with a special message.

“Please Stop Saying The Summer Was Boring,” Trinidad wrote. “That’s a Lie you wanna make true. @gunna Saved It for Male Hip Hop. God Don’t Make Mistakes. #DAD”
