TYLA Drops Surprise Project WWP

GRAMMY-winning global sensation TYLA has returned with WWP, her first new project since her record-breaking debut. The four-track release includes fresh singles “BLISS” and “IS IT,” as well as two new songs, “DYNAMITE” featuring WizKid and the dance-ready “MR. MEDIA.”

Produced by P. Prime and Sammy Soso, WWP gives fans a peek into the singer’s new musical era, launched after a series of sold-out homecoming shows in South Africa. TYLA’s blend of vocal finesse and rhythmic flair continues to turn heads, with “BLISS” and “IS IT” already making noise on charts and in major Coca-Cola campaigns.

The long-anticipated “DYNAMITE” collaboration with WizKid has been a fan favorite at recent global appearances. TYLA previewed the track at a private London listening event, where she revealed its origins date back to 2022. “When I thought of doing a mixtape called WWP, I went back to all my old demos and remembered the Wiz one,” TYLA shared. “It was still good after three years. I just told him, ‘Let’s finish it.’”

The release of WWP continues TYLA’s unstoppable momentum. Her debut made her the highest-charting African female soloist in Billboard Hot 100 and 200 history. She also recently scored her first GRAMMY win, along with RIAA Gold certifications for fan-favorite tracks “PUSH 2 START” and “JUMP” from her TYLA+ deluxe album.
