After three decades in the squared circle, the Undertaker has officially taken his last ride.

In a recently-released docu-series titled “Undertaker: The Last Ride,” the WWE legend, whose real name is Mark Calaway, got emotional as he talked about the grim possibility of getting back in the ring.

“Never say never,” said Calaway. “But at this point in my life and my career, I have no desire to get back in the ring.”

“I’m at a point, this time… the cowboy really rides away,” he added.

Taker’s last match was at WrestleMania 36 when he defeated AJ Styles in the “Boneyard Match,” a cinematic thriller that was heavily praised for its action sequences and style. 

The victory gave The Undertaker a 25-2 win-loss record at WrestleMania. For two decades, the Undertaker racked up an impressive 21 consecutive wins at mania, until Brock Lesnar defeated him at WrestleMania 30.

The Undertaker debut in the WWE at the Survivor Seres back on November 22, 1990. Back then he was an eye sore of a talent. Since that date, he has been the anchor and rock for the WWE.

Wrestlers usually don’t stick to their words when it comes to retirement. In this case, it seems legit and after three decades, the Undertaker will now rest into the sunset and enjoy his after wrestling life.
